Thankyou for all your hard work. We are a small group of ghost hunters operating in East Sussex. Our detection methods consist mostly of vibing out the area in question and carefully logging anything we notice.

We would be very happy to share any information that we gather although business has been a bit slow recently (bloody recession!) We noticed that you have already conducted a procedural pre investigation of Colan woods and we were wondering if you have taken the project any further?

One of our team used to live in Colan very near near the woods and had one or two experiences that might be of interest to you.

When he was younger he and his sister went walking into Colan woods at night on an investigation. they noticed a low, steady constant drone. As they moved deeper into the woods the drone got louder. Instinctivly he took a vibe reading and decided the best thing to do was leave the site. Upon exiting the woods the sound instantly stopped. It was not near any roads or paths ruling out the possibility of an engine.

We would be interested to know if you have taken the investigation further or intend to in the future. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. All the best,
